Distance Sales Agreement
1. Subject
The subject of this Distance Sales Agreement (the "Agreement") is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties under the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, which entered into force on 28.05.2014, and the Distance Contracts Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 27.11.2014 and numbered 27866, regarding the sale of the product (the "Product") sold by the Seller to the Customer, the qualities and sales price of which are stated below.

3. Definitions
Customer/Customers: real or legal persons who purchase products through Starfan.
Seller: SPORTS FAN ENTERTAINMENT MEDYA TICARET A.S.
Product: the personalized star prints, plaques and related digital/physical products purchased through Starfan.
4. Product Description
4.1. The Product purchased by the Customer through Starfan consists of special star prints or plaques on which supporters' names are written in areas determined within the Club's Sports Complex. Products are provided according to the package and product descriptions shown on the product page and order screen.
5. Payment
5.1. Payment Options
If you select the Bank Transfer / EFT option at the payment stage, you must transfer the amount to the bank account number or IBAN displayed.
5.2. The type, nature, quantity, final sales price including taxes, and payment method for the product(s) are as stated in the order summary.

5.3. If the Customer selects the corporate invoice option when placing an order, the Seller will issue a corporate invoice using the tax identification number and tax office information notified by the Customer through Starfan.
6. Terms of Use and General Provisions
6.1. The Seller accepts that the information concerning itself in this Agreement is accurate and up to date, and that it has informed the Customer of all rights through the Preliminary Information Form and this Agreement.
6.2. The Seller will respond to questions regarding the order through the contact information provided in the Preliminary Information Form and this Agreement. In this context, the Seller may request information that helps verify the Customer's identity, personal data and order information.
6.3. All information on Starfan, including fees, is valid until changed by Starfan.
6.4. If a discount code enabling the Customer to pay for one or more products has been assigned to the Customer, no claim may be made if the discount code is not used within its term or is used contrary to its conditions.
6.5. Placement of Stars
The Customer may not make requests regarding the location or position where the star will be displayed in the stadium. SPORTS FAN ENTERTAINMENT MEDYA TICARET A.S. has final decision-making authority regarding the positions of the stars to be placed and reserves the right to reject requests in this regard.
6.6. Project Updates and Changes
The Starfan Project reserves the right to change project terms at any time. Changes are notified to the user and the new terms become valid as of the notification. The Customer is responsible for following these changes and may not make any claim due to not being aware of the changes.
6.7. The Customer accepts that digital services to be provided as part of the project are offered for personal use and may not be used for any commercial purpose.
6.8. The Customer may not transfer the right to participate in the project to others or attempt to use this right for other purposes.
6.9. SPORTS FAN ENTERTAINMENT MEDYA TICARET A.S. has the right to make changes to the services without notifying the user.
7. Customer Representations and Undertakings
7.1. Customer Information
The Customer declares that all information provided while registering on the website is accurate and complete. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided during membership remains current and accurate. The Customer is responsible for the consequences of providing incorrect information. The Customer undertakes that the tax number, tax office information and all other information provided while becoming a Starfan customer are true, and that the Customer will immediately compensate all damages suffered by the Seller due to any inaccuracy of such information upon the Seller's first notification.
7.2. Star Inscription
The Customer is responsible for checking the accuracy of the name to be written on the purchased star.
7.3. Responsibilities
By participating in this project, the Customer accepts that the Customer is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided, for ensuring that the name to be written on the star belongs to the Customer, and for all legal responsibility that may arise in this process. The Starfan Project management is not responsible for situations arising from incorrect information or false statements provided by the user. The Customer is exclusively responsible for all personal damages that may occur during the project, any third-party damages that may arise from participation in the project, and legal responsibilities.
7.4. Disclaimer
The Customer declares that the name to be written on the star belongs to the Customer. The Starfan Project cannot be held responsible for any copyright or third-party rights violation concerning the name to be written. The Customer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the information provided about the star. SPORTS FAN ENTERTAINMENT MEDYA TICARET A.S. accepts no responsibility if misleading or incorrect information is provided.
7.5. Assignment and Transfer
The Customer may not transfer the purchased star to another person. The star cannot be assigned or sold. The star purchased by the Customer will be issued only in the Customer's name and cannot be reissued in the name of another person. The Customer accepts that the Customer will not transfer the star to third parties and will not use these rights for any commercial purpose.
8. Personal Data
8.1. The Seller will process personal data under this Agreement only to the extent limited to providing the Product and in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, secondary legislation and decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board. The Seller accepts, declares and undertakes that it will not process the Customer's personal data other than the personal data accessed through Starfan and will not contact the Customer externally through methods other than those provided through Starfan.
8.2. The Seller is obliged to check that the personal data provided under this Agreement is accurate, complete and up to date, not to share this information with third parties, to take necessary measures, including against viruses and similar harmful applications, so that unrelated persons cannot access it, and to ensure the security of such personal data. Otherwise, the Seller will be personally responsible for damages and third-party claims.
9. Right of Withdrawal
9.1. Because the order is considered within the scope of "contracts for goods prepared in line with the consumer's wishes or personal needs" under Article 15(1)(b) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, titled Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal, the Customer has no right to withdraw from the order.
9.2. The Product(s) subject to this purchase and allocated to the Customer cannot be returned in any way and cannot be subject to the right of withdrawal. After completing the star purchase, the Customer cannot take back or change this transaction. After a star is purchased, no return or exchange will be made for any reason, including incorrect name, spelling error or dissatisfaction, and the fee paid will not be refunded. SPORTS FAN ENTERTAINMENT MEDYA TICARET A.S. has the right to reject all claims arising from user errors.
9.3. Because purchased stars are personalized products, there is no cancellation right. If a cancellation is requested, the fee paid is not refunded; however, refundable taxes are returned to the customer.
10. Contact
10.1. For orders placed through Starfan, Customers may contact the user support call center at 0216 740 04 42 and/or destek@star.fan for support requests and complaints regarding problems experienced during or after shopping, Monday through Friday between 09:00 and 18:00.
11. Competent Judicial Authorities
11.1. For the resolution of any dispute that may arise in relation to the order, Provincial and District Consumer Arbitration Committees are competent up to the value announced by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey, and Consumer Courts are competent for disputes exceeding these limits. The Consumer Arbitration Committee and Courts in the place where the Customer purchased the product/goods and where the Customer resides are competent.
12. Evidence Agreement
12.1. The Customer accepts that in any dispute that may arise from the Agreement, the Seller's official books and commercial records, electronic information kept in its database and servers, and computer and audio records will constitute evidence, and that this article constitutes an evidence agreement within the meaning of Article 193 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
13. Entry Into Force
13.1. These Terms and Conditions, the Preliminary Information Form and this Agreement enter into force immediately when the customer approves the option on Starfan stating "I have read and accept the Preliminary Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement" after completing the star purchase.
13.2. Upon acceptance through Starfan, the Preliminary Information Form and Agreement are sent to the e-mail address provided when registering on Starfan. These documents may also be accessed through Starfan at any time.
